they were on the older side. Scott didn't want us having trouble on the water so he went to his manager. They installed 2 brand new batteries! Now we're going Fishing! Our relationship with Highway Marine started almost 2 years ago. I first met Andrew when I was looking for a boat catalog. We were kicking tires on different brands (we went and saw at least 8 different manufacturers.) Andrew saw us at a minimum of 6 times during our decision process. Always patient, always had the information and he NEVER brushed us off. One of our biggest deciding factors on choosing a Hurricane boat was we wanted to give Andrew and Highway Marine our business.December 2020, woohoo we made up our minds and placed the order, only changing it twice ;) All the time Andrew had the patience of a saint.April 2021: the boat has arrived!!!! We went to see it and get it into detailing, only 3 major mistakes from the manufacturer. I think Andrew was more upset than my wife and I were. He knew our heart and soul went into specifying the boat.It would be very easy for a dealer to say, you signed the paperwork, enjoy the boat! The crew at Highway Marine took the time to listen to us, listen to the manufacturer and give us options...They went well and above what they needed to do (the three mistakes were a lack of up and down stream communication.)Im sorry for the long story, but I can not say enough about the customer service of this company. Mistakes happen every day; it is how well you deal with and recover from them that sets you apart.We may never purchase another Hurricane boat, but whatever boat we buy will be delivered by Highway Marine!Thank you to your entire staff.

They own Treasure Island Scout Reservation, now called Treasure Island Camp located in the Delaware River between Frenchtown NJ and Point Pleasant PA. The only way onto and off the island is by barge across river. John and David have pledged their continued support to Scouting by allowing Troops to camp on the island free of charge. To that end FoTI and its volunteer supporters has pledged its support to work with HOOAH, LLC to make the island ready for campers both Scouts and the public. We have held three workdays since June but this past weekend was our first camping/work weekend and on Saturday, disaster struck! We had a barge at the PA landing with an electric ignition that would not start and one on the island with a pull cord, which would not retract.Since our limited expertise was not working, we called the experts at Highway Marine. Chris Malone came to our rescue. He worked with us over the phone talking us through trouble shooting and explaining the wiring. He sent us a wire schematic via email. He looked up our particular Yamaha 80 engine and spoke with us for over an hour helping us understand the connections to the ignition switch which we determined was the issue. With a little help from Google and Chriss coaching, we were able to hot wire and run the barge for the rest of the weekend without damage to the engine.On behalf of Frank Carroll the President of FoTI and the 40 volunteers who came from VT, NH, NY, NJ, MD and PA, I want to tell you how much we appreciate the time and customer friendly service your dedicated employee Chris Malone provided to our stranded group of volunteers. I was personally impressed with the way Chris went to great lengths to help us find a solution, even in the face of the obstacle of trying to do it all via phone. I went in with my eye on a specific boat. Marc the sales rep was easy to talk to and personable. we went back and forth on $$$ naturally, but ultimately ended up with a deal. I am taking delivery of the boat on Sept. 12, so I will update on how that goes. Here is the bottom line--I am getting the boat I wanted at a price I felt I can manage. As in anything, know your credit, know where you want to be, and then go for it.

resoration to sanity expierence. my husband is a die hard fisherman and has been for his entire life. he bought his boat 2 and a half years ago and insisted on doing all the maintenence himself. things went well for the first year, this spring was a different story. he had a hard time starting it, it shook and the buzzer started going off after a few minutes. he told me not to worry he can fix it. it turns out he tried his hardest but after 3 monthes of not fishing and tinkering with the boat, he could not figue it out. i finally convinced him to get it looked at. he was hesitant abd didnt know where to take it. i told him not to worry i will do the research. i drove up to highway marine one day just to check out thisr facility. let me tell you, i was impressed! they had a huge fenced lot for winter storage. A huge selection of cruising, fishing, and sport boats new and used. a great selection of parts and accessories. the sales people seemed like they enjoyed thier jobs smileing and having fun with customers. i made my way to the service dept and spoke to the guys behind the counter. they were nice guys and told me what the issues could be and to bring to boat in so they could look at it. nice expierence so far. when we dropped off our boaton sat, they said it would be about a week till they could look at it. thursday they called and told us what happened and all the issues that it had. they had the parts needed instock, so we gave them the go ahead. three hours later they called back and said it was ready to be picked up. my husband was so excited he left work early to pick it up. great timing when he was paying the bill, the mechanic came out and spoke to him. told him what happened, and gave him some pointers about proper maintenence and fuel care. he ended up calling in sick friday to go fishing... when he got home, i knew he had a great day from the huge grin on his face. its the happiest ive seen him in months! thank you highway marine and all the staff for your excellent work and great customer service!

I would recommend Highway Marine to anyone, Rick was the sales guy and always responsive to my needs. I bought a used Seadoo Challenger from them and within a week I had problems, however I brought it in and they checked it out for me. They ended up replacing the supercharger and put in a new oil pump at no charge!! That is truly standing behind your work and is rare to see these days. Great job Highway Marine!!

All Around Great Experience! We went to the Philadelphia Boat Show to shop different dealers and brands at one time. After a long day of talking, walking and negotiating. We decided to purchase a 2016 Yamaha AR240 from Highway Marine. The price was the best compared to the other two Yamaha dealers at the show. The salesman, Dustin, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the boat and the accessories we purchased for it. I also had a positive experience with the service department. I had the 10 hour service completed in late spring. I dropped the boat off and it was completed within a day. I was very pleased with the turnaround time. They also have a reward system where you receive store credit for repeated transactions. I did have an issue with my trailer but the service department contacted load rite and had them warranty the part. We will upgrade to a bigger boat someday and I will definitely go back to Highway Marine.

We get a lot of our boating needs here. I do love the end of the season sales, i get my guys the wonderful u.v. shirts for fishing at 1/2 the price. We have purchased depth finders and new Captain's chairs, etc. Great place.
